Refund Policy

Golf Park Refund Policy

At Golf Park, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services, bookings, and memberships.

1.Booking Cancellations and Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility

    • Cancellations Made 24 Hours in Advance: Customers may receive a full refund for bookings (e.g., golf sessions, lessons, or events) if cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

    • Cancellations Within 24 Hours: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. However, rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Golf Park management, subject to availability.

  2. No-Shows

    • If a customer does not show up for their scheduled booking and no cancellation notice is provided, no refund will be issued, and the booking will be considered forfeited.

2.Membership Refunds

  1. Monthly Memberships

    • Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time through the Golf Park website or in person at our facility. Refunds will not be issued for partial months, but members will continue to have access to the facility for the remainder of the current billing cycle.

    • Any outstanding balance must be settled prior to cancellation To process bookings and payments.

  2. Annual Memberships

    • Annual memberships can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services or benefits have been used during that period.

    • After 7 days, annual memberships are non-refundable. However, at the discretion of management, pro-rated refunds may be offered in exceptional cases, such as medical reasons preventing facility use, with supporting documentation.

3.Event and Group Bookings

  • Deposits for group bookings or special events (such as corporate outings or private parties) are refundable if cancellation is made at least 7 days in advance of the event.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit, depending on the event size and resources reserved.

4.Equipment Rental Refunds

  •  Equipment rentals (golf clubs, simulators, etc.) are non-refundable once the rental period has commenced.

  • If rental equipment is found to be faulty or defective, Golf Park will provide a replacement or issue a refund for the unused rental time.

5.Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.

  • For payments made in cash at the facility, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed with the customer.

6.Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or promotional items

  • Pre-paid services that have already been used or partially used
