Welcome to Golf Park! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our indoor golf facility, website, and any related services we provide (collectively referred to as “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our facility or services.

2. Facility Use

a. Booking and Reservations

• All customers must book a session in advance to use Golf Park's facilities, either through our website, by phone, or in person.

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Payment for bookings is required in advance, unless otherwise stated.

b. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of Golf Park management.

c. Check-In and Late Arrivals

• All customers must check in at least 10 minutes prior to their reserved time.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced playtime, with no refund provided for the missed time.

d. Facility Rules

• Appropriate golf attire and footwear are required at all times.

• Personal golf clubs and equipment may be used, but Golf Park also provides rental equipment for an additional fee.

• For safety reasons, customers are required to follow the instructions of Golf Park staff and adhere to the posted facility rules at all times.

• Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the facility, equipment, or other customers due to misuse or failure to follow rules.

 

3. Payment and Fees

• Prices for services, memberships, and equipment rentals are displayed on our website or at the facility. Golf Park reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payment for bookings, memberships, and additional services can be made via credit/debit card or other accepted payment methods.

• By providing your payment details, you authorize Golf Park to charge the specified amount for the selected service.

 

4. Memberships

a. General Terms

• Membership options may be available, granting you access to the facility and special offers based on your membership tier.

• Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific promotional offers.

• Memberships are non-transferable and are only valid for the person whose name appears on the membership account.

b. Cancellation of Membership

• Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time through the website or in person at the Golf Park facility. Any outstanding balance must be paid in full before the cancellation is processed.

• Golf Park reserves the right to terminate memberships due to violation of these Terms or other conduct that is harmful to the facility, staff, or other customers.

 

5. Safety and Conduct

a. General Conduct

• All customers must behave in a respectful and safe manner while using the facility.

• Any behavior deemed inappropriate or unsafe by Golf Park staff may result in immediate removal from the facility, without refund.

• Golf Park reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms or behaves in a manner that jeopardizes the safety and enjoyment of other customers.

b. Assumption of Risk

• Golf Park involves physical activities that may carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injuries from using golf equipment or participating in golf lessons.

• By using our Services, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and voluntarily assume them.

• Golf Park is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred while using the facility, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct by Golf Park or its staff.

 

6. Liability Waiver

By entering Golf Park, customers agree to release and hold harmless Golf Park, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims or damages, including personal injury or property damage, that arise out of the use of our facilities or Services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

8. Subscription to Mailing List

By becoming a member of the site, you agree to automatically subscribe to our mailing list. You may receive updates, promotions, and other communications related to our services.
